What are the reasons for the loosening of the transformer core

If there is no fixing glue, the reasons are as follows:

(1) The peripheral burrs of the silicon steel sheet are large, and the overlap gap does not meet the requirements.

(2) There is an error in the disc, which causes empty discs, overlaps, and makes the iron core not compact after being stacked.

(3) The iron chip has waves and bends, so that the clamping is not tight after being laminated.

(4) Poor material, improper workmanship, insufficient lashing tension, and failure to solidify the epoxy glass ribbon used to tie the iron yoke and iron core into a solid whole, etc., all cause loose lashing, aging of the hoops, and malfunctions, causing the iron core to loosen.

(5) The clamp fastening bolts are not tightened, or the anti-loosening washer is not installed, and it becomes loose after electromagnetic vibration during operation, which loosens the iron core and causes the grounding copper sheet to fall off.

(6) If the clamping bolts are not tightened or there is slight vibration and noise, you can re-tighten the tightening bolts with a large wrench until the noise is eliminated; if the noise is not eliminated, further measures are required.

(7) For silicon steel sheets that have a small amount of empty pieces, overlaps, waves, bends, or damages that make noise, tighten the fastening bolts again, or padded cardboard and tighten again, if the sound disappears, otherwise the iron core must be disassembled and re-tightened. Select the silicon steel sheet, and re-stack the iron core for press-fitting. When selecting silicon steel sheets, two sheets should be stacked, and one or three sheets should be inserted in a stack by mistake, and they should all be changed to two; the same thickness should be selected; the bent sheets, the residual sheets and the severely waved silicon steel sheets should be selected. Out of use; silicon steel sheets with large burrs need to be re-deburred, and re-stack after the burr reaches less than 0.03 mm.

(8) For epoxy resin glass ribbon banding failures such as damage, aging, looseness, etc., the banding shall be carried out again, and the materials shall be qualified. When lashing, use temporary steel hoops to tighten, and then tying to a certain thickness, drying and curing, curing into a hard whole, and then removing the temporary steel hoops.
