The main requirements of transformer core assembly process are:

1, moving coil core stacking

A. Flange one end of the rivet into shape, the thickness of the flanging is 2.3-3mm and the diameter is Φ13.5-14mm.

B. Put the processed silicon steel sheet on a special fixture for stacking, and the iron chip is trimmed while mounting and ensuring that it is perpendicular to the bottom plane without any eccentricity.

C. After the iron core is stacked and clamped with the pressure plate, measure the stack thickness to make it meet the requirements of the drawing.

D. Fit the rivets with washers, insulating pads, and insulating sleeves for flanging. Make sure that the tightness of each rivet is the same

E. After assembling the upper and lower clamps and the iron core riveting, the lower and upper iron yokes are stacked and flattened, the clamps are assembled and the insulating backing plate is added, and then the screw is equipped with insulating sleeves, insulating pads, washers, springs, and washers. Fasten with nuts and ensure that the length of the screws at both ends is the same.

2, stacking of moving iron core

After stacking the iron core, install heat-insulating backing plates and insulating pads, and assemble the left and right clamps for fastening.
